The Louise Hoffmeyer-Overmiller Scholarship, created by William F. Hoffmeyer, Esq. in honor and in memory of his daughter, is a $6,000 annual award presented to a third year Dickinson Law student who demonstrates academic excellence, financial need and a “fire in the belly” for the law. The award is paid directly to the law school prior to the start of the fall term to offset the successful candidate’s tuition expense.
To be eligible, applicants must be Pennsylvania residents in their second year at Dickinson Law. A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.3 is also required as is membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The application period closes on February 15, 2018.
